I just realized that I forgot to review this pattern when I reviewed Vogue 7151 a few months ago.

Pattern Description: This pattern includes bias tops with an asymmetrical vee neckline with either flared 3/4 length sleeves, flutter shoulder top sleeves or sleeveless variations. There are collar variations also. A bias flared skirt with an elastic waist is also included in the pattern.

Pattern Sizing: 8 - 18 in one envelope

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes except I didn't do any of the collar designs and added a self-fabric flower.

Were the instructions easy to follow? Very easy and clear.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? Quick construction, interesting style.

Fabric Used: A floral print acetate which I used to line my Chanel Suit.

Pattern Alterations or any design changes you made: I had planned to use the ruffle as in view A and cut the piece for it. But when pinning it on to sew I realized it just wasn't a look for me. Without the ruffle it looked a bit plain so I improvised the flower. It is simply a folded strip, gathered at the unfolded edge and hand stitched onto the top.
I also did a FBA which I usually need.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? Yes I would sew it again maybe with the view c collar or the threaded ribbon.

Conclusion A nice shell that is slightly different.
